Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) is a federal-state program designed to help individuals with physical or mental disabilities obtain or maintain employment. The program is dedicated to providing personalized support so that everyone has the opportunity to build a meaningful career.

Am I Eligible for VR Services?

If you have a disability and are seeking employment support, you can contact your local VR office to apply. A Vocational Rehabilitation counselor will work with you to determine your eligibility and, if approved, help guide you toward your career goals.

Eligibility decisions are typically made within 60 days of submitting a completed application. In rare cases where more time is needed, your counselor will discuss and agree on a specific extension.
